Naftali Group has unveiled two luxury penthouses, JEM Sky Villas, with interiors designed by the renowned Italian brand FENDI Casa. Positioned at the top of the 67-story JEM Private Residences, these units showcase FENDI Casa’s signature design collections. Rising over 700 feet at 1016 Northeast 2nd Avenue in Miami Worldcenter, JEM Private Residences is designed by Arquitectonica and Rockwell Group.
The building will feature residential units starting from the 43rd floor to optimize views, while the 50th floor will offer a range of upscale amenities, including a Sky Lounge, outdoor pool, fitness center, boxing arena, yoga patio, and spa suite.
The Sky Villas offer expansive floor plans ranging from 5,083 to 5,277 square feet. Each unit includes four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a library, and a wraparound terrace providing views of downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. One unit will feature a hot tub on its terrace. According to the developers, FENDI Casa’s interior design emphasizes elegance and craftsmanship, with custom furnishings and luxury materials selected for the project.
“Collaborating with FENDI Casa to design and curate each space at the JEM Sky Villas has been a remarkable experience of craftsmanship and creativity,” said Danielle Naftali, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sales + Design for Naftali Group. “Inspired by FENDI’s rich heritage in Rome, with the FENDI Casa team we hand-selected and custom-finished each piece to complement the lifestyle that these residences offer. Every detail has been chosen to create a harmonious blend of high-end design and refined living, giving residents a truly unique and elevated experience in the heart of downtown Miami.”
The penthouses are being marketed as unique and meticulously designed, with showpieces such as the FENDI Casa Matrice bookcase and the Metropolis coffee table, both said to reflect geometric design elements inspired by FENDI’s headquarters in Rome. These touches aim to provide a blend of high-end design and refined living.
“This partnership represents a significant milestone for FENDI Casa in the realm of interior design,” said Alberto da Passano, CEO of FENDI Casa, “as luxury projects gain prominence globally, we are excited to contribute to this prestigious development and continue our expansion into high-end markets.”
Completion is scheduled for Q4 2027. Units will be priced from $8 million and marketed exclusively by OneWorld Properties.
