Crowning the sculptural JEM tower, the exclusive collection of two breathtaking Sky Villas is a culmination of a visionary collaboration with Fendi Casa. Inspired by Miami’s essential visual language, every piece and object traces the heritage that has always fused fashion, architecture, craftsmanship, and haute design. Spanning the top two floors of the sculptural tower, the residences encompass four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms—suspended above the endless panoramic views of Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell, and Edgewater.

The key is in the details: weaves, inlays, reliefs, original pairings of materials and meticulous hand stitching are the very essence of Fendi, in fashion and design.

The outdoor experience is envisioned as a natural extension of the home—inviting invigorating ocean breeze to awaken the senses. The residences are designed to allow for every room to open onto an expansive wraparound terrace reaching a length of up to ~200’  (~70m) and a depth of up to ~9’2” (~3m) in select residences.

The primary bathrooms are outfitted with Porcelanosa free-standing soaking tubs, evoking a spa-inspired oasis—framed by breathtaking panoramic views.
Inspired by the finest in boutique hospitality, the lobby combines all the tenets of contemporary luxury, craftsmanship, and comfort to evoke an aura of serenity and sophistication.
