EFFORTLESS ACCESS

JEM’s location provides immediate access to Miami’s popular public transportation. With a dedicated entrance below the building, Metromover provides complimentary transportation throughout Miami and directly to Miami-Central Station, home to Brightline and a stop for Metrorail. Miami’s Signature Bridge will vastly improve mobility between Miami’s Arts and Entertainment District and greater Downtown. Minutes from JEM, it will feature a beautiful waterfront and a 33-acre park with a heritage trail underneath its deck. Miami International Airport is a mere 20 minutes by car or 15 minutes by Metrorail from JEM.
